Twelve weeks before: long hikes with weight, stairs, and cardio four times a week. Altitude is fitness × patience.

Gear we provide
Eight-thousand-meter rated tents, four-season sleeping bags, dining tents with heaters, oximeters and oxygen on every climb.

You bring
Layers, hard-shell, broken-in boots, and a few small comforts. We send a packing list two months out and review it on a call.
